LEADING ALINGMENT BANDS

SENSOR
- Thanks to semiconductors advanced technics the photoelectric sensor is a senseless element against weird light sources scanning with no contact of band rollers, contrast and color borders just as stripes.
- Reply frequency 10 KHz.
- In voltage from 10 to 30 VDC.
- Operates by means of scanner system.
- Protection against inverted polarity.
- Stripes reading capacity between 0,5 to 4mm.
- Amplifier with gain estabilizer due to voltage and temperature variations.
CONTROL EQUIPMENT
- Regulator is the central commands unit, on that the signals are processed and amplifyed, then transmited to the position device. The regulator contains all the handling elements and the necessary for the optimal regulation in order to facilitate the adjustment of the sensibility system; this holds an analogical motion band pointer. The regulation of the velocity in the position device is proportional on the error in the positionment.

ADJUSTMENT DRIVER

Alignment quadrants are useful when is necessary to make a lateral correction in a short round of regulation. Due to the imaginary point in the roller arrangement in the level of the material entrance it won’t result in asymmetric variations of the strain in the band. This one is the most frequently employed system because this principle is suitable at any class of material and too for it’s fitting properties in almost all dispositions alignment quadrant strong frame.
